No cap: as its owner, this wallet can mint any amount at any time, and its token page will say “No maximum supply”. A seal does not change that. Capping the supply at the amount minted is the usual choice.

Seal at creation — no contract can ever be attached to it, from its first block. This cannot be undone, and it does not stop minting, an inflation schedule or renames.

Needs 10,000 to 12,500 KCAL of gas (shorter symbols cost more), ~11 SOUL for data fees, and two signatures: create, then mint.

Gas comes from the node's estimate of each transaction, made before you sign. The wallet offers that estimate plus 15% (less when the wallet holds less, never below the estimate), and never more than 15,000 KCAL for the create or 0.1 KCAL for the mint. Unused gas is refunded.
